For most Dallas residents, if you were to ask them to name Dallas’ most prestigious neighborhood, the answer would come quickly: Preston Hollow, of course.

The North Dallas neighborhood of Preston Hollow has, for years, been the epitome of luxury living in Dallas, and for good reason. From its estate-sized homes and lush gardens and lawns to its rich history of housing some of Dallas’ most prominent residents, Preston Hollow is yet another reason to love the northern neighborhoods of Dallas.

Preston Hollow is only a short, 15-minute drive from downtown Dallas, thereby making the Preston Hollow real estate market quite attractive for many Dallas professionals. Although this community enjoys a super-close location near downtown Dallas, the quiet, winding streets and wooded settings make it feel like it is worlds away.

This peaceful enclave is located just north of Dallas’ other exciting and popular neighborhoods of Highland Park and University Park, and it is just minutes from both the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field.

Preston Hollow Real Estate Options
